MUON delivers software downloads and account entitlements. Nothing physical is shipped.

Digital product only

MUON is software. We do not sell or ship physical goods, collect a shipping address, or charge shipping fees.

Free software delivery

The MUON desktop application and command-line bundle are available from getmuon.com/download. Individual use does not require a paid subscription.

Paid entitlement delivery

MUON Team Plan access is attached to the GitHub identity and named-person quantity selected at checkout. MUON activates the entitlement only after receiving and verifying Razorpay's signed subscription event. If payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact support@quantistic.ai with the GitHub username and subscription ID.
